A team comprising professional engineers and managers has
been put in place to implement the company's growth strategy by
providing rapid solutions through a very focused discipline
over a geographically large area.

Personnel

(i) General/Financial Manager
Pimol Suwachaichan
B.Sc, M Thai Inst Stats.
Pimol spent 2 years with Shell Oil then five years in the
fast food outlet management in the highly competitive Thai
market.
An experimental small coastal intensive crab farm to supply
food outlets was established and from this, and the realisation
of the importance of water quality, the requirement for water
and wastewater treatment was established.
Now with ten years experience in strategic planning and
financial management of wastewater projects, languages (Chinese
and Thai) and those essential SE Asian business negotiation
skills allow Treatwater Pty Ltd to respond to diverse and
remote projects in the region.
(ii) Principal Consultant
Antony O'Kelly
M.Sc (Water Eng), C Eng WEM(uk)
With specialist qualifications in the water treatment area,
Tony O'Kelly offers over 28 years of wastewater engineering
design and construction experience specialising in package
design:
- Designed, manufactured and installed packaged
wastewater plants for populations of 10 to 7000 EP,
throughout Australia and SE Asia (Thailand and the
Philippines).
- Designed and project managed various wastewater
treatment plants (up to 6,000 EP) for the now privatised UK
Water PLCs.
- Technical consultant for a large West Australian
packaged wastewater treatment plant manufacturer for
populations of 100 to 5,000 person and three permanent
wastewater treatment plants up to 15,000 person on behalf
of the Water Corporation of WA.
(iii) Specialist Environmental
Expertise
Chew Kwan TAN
PhD Environmental Engineering (University of Western
Australia)
With 30 years of work experience as an environmental
scientist/engineer, Dr Tan has worked with regulatory bodies in
Australia and overseas, local governments, business industries,
local communities, and interest groups. Her experience is broad
and diverse, covering Water Quality, Air Quality,
Ecotoxicology, Forensic Science Investigation, and
Environmental Chemistry, including Soil Chemistry. Her
specialty is in Ecotoxicology, with emphasis on risk analysis
of human activities impacting on human health and environmental
resources.
(iv) Business Development Jeem Tu BA,
MBA-China Focus (Murdoch University, WA)
Jeem has worked in China and Thailand in a marketing liaison
role with Taiwan, supporting the plastic fabrication industry.
Most recently she has worked with an international
Thai-Japanese Bangkok based, fish canning consortium and has
been instrumental in winning new markets in Europe and
Australia.
(v) Project Management
Dave Roberts has a background in the fishing industry and
previously operated a fleet of eighteen trawlers extending as
far north as Vietnam. Dave is used to detailed procurement
which suits our scope of supply when dealing with remote
installations.
